You are ready for the challenging and beautiful work of healing from the effects of sexual violation. Please explore this network of sexual assault transformation resources.

The effects of sexual violation may include PTSD, relationship issues, depression, substance abuse and addictions, self-harming behavior, anxiety, grief/loss, eating disorders, chronic pain, insomnia, sexual dysfunction, depression, and OB/GYN conditions.  The Transformation Tribe℠ is a network of practitioners that provide sexual assault transformation resources, including mental, emotional, physical and relational tools in a safe, loving environment to help you heal.
